ZamZam Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Human Resource Management Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
B.A Degree in human resource management, Management or other Business related fields with 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as Junior Human Resource officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as training and development officer.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development
Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/Team leader in training and development area.
Location: Head Office
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.
Employment Type: Full time on the bank premises
