Position 1: Junior Administrative Assistant
Minimum Qualification:-
- Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management or related fields
- 4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages.

Position 2: Banking Business Officer I
Minimum Qualification:-
- B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields
- 1 years of Branch banking experience of which 6 month as Junior Officer or equivalent position.

- IFB product Knowledge
- Problem Identification and solution

Position 3: Junior Legal Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- LLB in Law
- 1 year of experience in legal service area.

Position 4: Senior Banking Business Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
- 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

- Customer Experience
- IFB product Knowledge
- Problem Identification and solution
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous

Position 5: Branch Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
- 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking area.

- Branch management;
- Build high performance team;
- Commitment and time management;
- Problem solving;
- Coaching and mentoring;
- Internal control;
- Effective communication;
- Sales and marketing skill; and
- Negotiation skill;
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous
