Position 1: Surveyor
Minimum qualification and work experience
TVET Level 4 Certificates in Surveying/Drafting or other related fields with 2(two) years of experience (knowledge and experience on AutoCAD is advantageous)
Place of work: Addis Ababa-Head Office
Gender: Male/Female

Position 2: Banking Business Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 3(three) years of banking experience of which 1 year as junior officer.
Core competencies:
Sales and marketing;
Customer orientation; and
Industry & Product Knowledge.
Workplace: Mekane Selam, Kelala and Addis Ababa

Position 3: Senior Banking Business Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 4(four) years of banking experience of which 2 years as Banking Business Officer or equivalent.

Branch operations;
Sales and Marketing;
Customer experience;
Industry & product knowledge; and
Problem Identification and Solution
Workplace: Mekane selam & Kelala

Position 4: Branch Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 5(five) years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2(two) years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking area.

- Build high performance team;
- Commitment and time management;
- Problem solving;
- Coaching and mentoring;
- Internal control;
- Effective communication;
- Sales and marketing skill; and
- Negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of core banking applications
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous.

Position 5: Senior HRM officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as human resource officer

Industry & product knowledge; and
Problem Identification and Solution
Workplace: Addis Ababa
