Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I
Educational: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.
Work Experience: 1-year relevant experience
Location: For Logia Banking Center
Position 2: Officer – IT Risk
Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer science,, Information Technology or in related field of studies.
Work Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer II/III or equivalent.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Officer – Network Support
Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or any other relevant field.
Work Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Officer, Cyber Security
Education:
BSc Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields.
Work Experience:
4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as Officer or equivalent
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Officer, Credit Follow up & Monitoring
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields
At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level or equivalent
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Senior Officer, Training and Development
Education:
Bachelor’s in human resources management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related Fields.
Work Experience:
At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 7: Principal Officer, Promotion
Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Communication Management or any other relevant field of studies.
Work Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 8: Banking Center Manager
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
Work Experience: At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of two (2) years as Branch Manager.
Location: Jigjiga Banking Center
Position 9: Manager, Digital Innovation Division
Education:
Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information System or other related fields
Work Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry with 2 years’ experience as a Division Manager /Section Head level is required.
Location: Addis Ababa
