Zemen Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Principal Officer, Loan Review
Job Description
This position is responsible to prepare plans and reports to the Loan review section; assess, identify, measure, and monitor various potential and actual credit risks of the bank, which might be associated with both internal and external factors. By considering loan book growth and asset quality maintenance, review loan files of selected borrowers to review and analyze risk exposure of credit portfolio and analyze credit portfolio diversification. Prepare summary reports; and recommend prudential measures and report to Loan review section.

Qualifications/Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Work Experience:
At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Principal Officer, Credit Follow-up
Job Summary
This position is responsible for implementing the credit monitoring and follow-up strategies of the Bank as laid down in the Credit Policy and Guidelines and Procedural Manuals to mitigate possible credit risks.
