Position 1: – Officer Property Management

Job Description:

This position is responsible for administering, filing of different contracts of the bank, and control, fixed assets of the bank to facilitate office rent contractual agreement signing, and handles store related activities.

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing or Supplies Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field                           

Work Experience:

At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

Job Description:

This position is responsible for preparing, administering and filing different contracts of the bank and handles store related activities.

Position 3: – Senior Officer, Performance Management

Job Description:

This position is responsible for monitoring activities related to the performance management implementation goals of the Bank, creating a high-performance culture.

Required Technical Competency:

  • Communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the performance management unit to other work units for the effective implementation of the PMS in the Bank.
  • Monitor performance management and improvement initiatives and evaluate the impact that these initiatives have on organizational performance.
  • Support units in the preparation of performance agreements, setting KPIs and other performance expectations, collecting and verifying performance agreements.
  • Follow-up and ensure the performance management process is going smoothly across units and compiles and submits reports on the process.
  • Collect relevant data from work units and assist his/her immediate supervisor in validating appraisal reports received from different work units.

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s in human resources management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related Fields.

Work Experience:

At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent

Position 4: – Banking Center Manager (Branch Manager) for Harar Banking Center

Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the Branch (Banking Center) he/she is assigned including;

  • Ensuring achievement of the Bank’s strategy and the effective operation of the Banking Center;
  • Manages the Branches financial Target including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, FX generation;
  • Also work to expand the customer base, champion digital banking and IB usage;
  • Work to maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Encourage creativity and innovation at the Branch level for Bank level impact;
  • Work to create empowered and engaged workforce at a Branch;
  • Others as detailed in the job description

Education:

BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.

Work Experience:

At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of two (2) years as Branch Manager.
