Position 1:  Officer, Performance Management

Job Summery

This position is responsible for handling activities related to the performance management in the unit. Conduct analysis on employee appraisal reports received and check that aggregate results are in agreement with bank wide and unit performance recorded for the period

Job Requirement

Minimum Educational and Work Experience Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related fields.

At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent

Position 2:  Officer Level II, Employee Records & HR Data Analytics

JOB SUMMERY

This position is responsible for assisting in records and files management of HR data to provide insights and inform management decisions on people matters & Organize employee records, update employment data

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Educational and Work Experience Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related fields.

At least 1 year experience in a similar position

Position 3:  Officer, Rewards and Benefits Management

JOB SUMMERY

This position is responsible for supporting the organization’s total reward agenda on salaries, bonuses, pensions, medical insurance and other staff benefits framework and processes that are aligned to the business strategy and values

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Educational and Work Experience Qualification Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree in a business related field. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage. Specific post-graduate training in compensation and benefits and/or HR

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Educational and Work Experience Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Communications, Economics, Finance or a relevant field from a recognized institution

At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 (one) years as an Executive Assistant to the CEO in a similar role

Position 8:  Deputy/Assistant Branch Manager (FOR A.A)

JOB SUMMERY

This position is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the functions of the banking Center; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned targets; oversee the day-to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensure that the activities of the banking center are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and relevant NBE directives

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Educational and Work Experience Qualification Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years as Senior Officer or 1 year as Principal Officer in a Supervisory role

Position 9:  Branch Manager (FOR ADDIS ABABA)

JOB SUMMERY

This position is responsible for plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the branch or banking unit, ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank, and assigned banking center targets, oversee the day-to-day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services to ensures that the activities are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and NBE directives

Job Requirement:

Educational Qualification Required:  BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Minimum Work Experience: At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor in a Managerial role

Position 10: Section Head – Building Management

JOB SUMMERY

This position is responsible for implementing building management strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure proper functioning of all building systems, and control acquisition/for existing buildings providing technical support for future building projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Educational Qualification Required: BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction management or Mechanical Engineer

Minimum Work Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Senior Officer/ 1 yr. as Principal officer in a Supervisory role

Position 11: Company Secretary

JOB SUMMERY

Under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors of the Bank the incumbent of this post is responsible to facilitate and support BODs to ensure effective corporate governance and administration in the bank through implementation of various Liaison activities with the Management; follow–up of execution of decisions, organization and keeping of information and records of basic documents and information of the Bank, dissemination and provision of information to different internal as well as external stakeholders, etc. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible to facilitate the participation of directors in  training and other necessary knowledge acquisition sessions, Additionally, he/she , carries out other tasks assigned to him/her by the Board and the Chief Executive Officer

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: Master’s Degree in Law

Work Experience: At least 6 years banking experience with 3 years’ as Head, Legal Services.

Or

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in law

Work Experience: At least 8 years banking experience with 3 years’ as Head, Legal Services.

Position 12: Manager – Performance Management Division

JOB SUMMERY

This position is responsible for managing the performance by ensuring the formulation of policies and guidelines to enable the department to successfully achieve its mandate in relation to Performance Management activities and creation of a high performance organization

The purpose of this job is to develop the promotion and corporate communications integrated strategy to ensure the enhancement of the brand equity of the Bank, promote, monitor, and manage media communications and build relationships with national and international media including event organizations, press releases, market perception surveys and customer satisfaction surveys, liaising with media groups.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:

Bachelor’s/ BSc degree in Marketing, Management, Literature, Communications, or related fields.

At least 6 (six) years relevant experience with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C
