Job Description
Position tasks:
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Computing taxes
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Position 2: Senior Finance Officer
Job Description
Position tasks:
Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions, including the timely recording of transactions, cash management, payroll, receivables, and payables.
Plan and implement systems for financial operations
Train and supervise finance staff in the program.
Maintain banking relationships and plan and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure that Service is implemented smoothly.
Prepare monthly management reports to the Finance and Administration Manager and Program Staff as required.
Prepare financial reports, for review by the Finance and Administration Manager
Assist in developing annual fiscal year budgets together with the Finance and Administration Manager
