Position 1: Junior IT Officer
Job Requirement:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0 year experience (only 2024 & 2025 graduates may apply)
- Applicants must pass the national exit examination
- CGPA: 3.00 and above for males; 2.75 and above for females
- Age: Below 30
Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa area
Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
Job Requirement:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations
Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa area
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade 1 (IFB)
Job Requirement:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory position
Place of Work: IFB Branches under Addis Ababa area
Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Job Requirement:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory position
Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa area
Place of Work: Branches under all districts except Dire Dawa district
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
