Position 1: Internal Auditor

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to perform audit at a bank branch, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditors’ processes and procedures, He/she conducts interviews, surveys, reviews documents, and prepares working papers, identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed, compiles and prepares reports of audit findings

Required Education and Experience:  BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or business related fields of study with a minimum of 3 years work experience in the banking operations

Position 2: Human Capital Management Officer under Performance Management & Succession Planning Division

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible for handling employee performance management & development activities, monitoring timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals, capturing, updating and maintaining HRM information into the system, He/she supports succession planning and management activities, contributes to the development and integration of competency models within the performance management system and participates in HR planning and HR studies and design activities

Required Education and Experience:  Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public administration with a minimum of 3 years related work experience in human resource management

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade 3

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to plan and coordinates the activities of the branch, motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service, identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice, Design and implement resources mobilization strategy within the spirit of the corporate strategy of the bank , Ensure all document related to credit and IBD are properly and timely forwarded to the respective Organ of the bank and other generic duties of the branch.

Required Education and Experience:  BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business management, banking and finance or business related field, with 7 years Banking Experience, of which 3 years in a Managerial position at banking operation.

Place of Work:  Debre Tabor Branch

Position 4: Manager- Reward & Shared Services Management

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible for the administration of reward programs such as payroll, leaves/absence, all benefit administration, pension, provident fund and any employee request, administers the Human capital information system, designs reward programs that include salary structures, incentive programs, recognition, and benefits and leave management of the Bank, manage and coordinate Human Capital strategies implementation in head office, regions and branches, manage all employee requests of communication letters with external and internal parties and undertake other generic duties of the division.

Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 6/8 years of banking professional of experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory  position in Reward and Shared Services

Position 5: Manager- Talent Development

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible for establishes short and long term goals for the talent development program, conduct training need assessment and gap analysis, develop training plan, delivery methods and calendar, and conduct pre and post training assessment, manage external training provider relationships and designs the overall training strategy, programs, and management resources, manage On-the-job and Off the Job trainings including e-learning, and undertake other generic duties of the division

Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/6 years of banking professional experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory position in talent development

Position 6: Manager- Card Banking Operations

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to Monitor the collection, closure and documentation of returned and damaged ATM cards.  Coordinate and monitor the physical card and PIN delivery to respective Branches. plan for and maintain optimal e-banking consumable levels to fulfill new order requirements and undertake other generic duties of the division

Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 6/8 years of banking professional experience of which 2 years should be at a supervisory position in card banking operations

Position 7: Manager-Online Banking Operations

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to Develop, routinely review and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to support the smooth and efficient delivery of online banking services, Coordinate and monitor the onboarding of digital clients onto the Bank’s digital platforms, Plan for and maintain optimal e-banking consumables (card, PIN mailer stock, ATM and POS Receipts) levels to fulfill new order requirements, and undertake other generic duties of the division.

Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/6 years of banking professional experience of which 2 years should be at a supervisory position in online banking operations.

Position 8: Deputy Director – IFB Financing and Investment

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to lead in the development and revision of the Department’s strategy aligned with the business level strategy and set out business plan of the process in line with the strategic objectives of the Bank. Guide and coordinates the operations, IFB Appraisal and IFB Financing and Investment teams, ensure the existence of strict financing follow-up on a case-by-case basis and finality of financing and advances, ensure timely solution for deteriorating financing and investments And undertake other generic duties of the department

Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with 7/9 years of banking professional experience of which 3 years should be at Managerial position in Interest Free Banking

Position 9: Deputy Director-IFB Operations and Resource Mobilization

Job Summery:

The job holder is primary tasked with enhancing the Bank’s IFB resource base through effective customer scrutiny and development pertinent guideline scheme to support district offices, lead in the development and revision of the Department’s strategy aligned with the business level strategy, set out business plan of the process in line with the strategic objectives of the Bank, follow the activities of the IFB center office and ensure authorities and responsibilities are properly discharged. Guide and coordinates the operations of IFB Accounts and Operation, IFB Appraisal and IFB Customer Relationship Management teams. Ensure Customer recruitments are as per the Bank’s direction, and undertake other generic duties of the department

Required Education and Experience:  MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, with 7/9 years of banking  professional experience of which 3 years should be at a managerial position in  Interest Free Banking

Position 10: Director- Engineering Services

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to lead in the development, revision and implementation of the Bank’s building management policy and strategy, review and verify payment requests related to construction project, modification or maintenance works and propose payment, review standard design and specification of counters, cash cages, sign boxes and follow-up their production and installation in line with specification, ensure existence of efficient building and construction management practices, and other Generic duties of the department.

Required Education and Experience: MSC/BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field, with 8/10 years of professional experience of which 4 years at Managerial position in project management /Constriction Management/Contract management high rise building

Position 11: Director-IT Security

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to lead in the development and revision of the Department’s strategy aligned with the business level strategy, develop and implement security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure on-going maintenance of information security, develop and implement a security policy communication and training strategy, review the Bank’s information security activities, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the latest information security and privacy laws, regulations and best practices, and undertake other generic duties of the department

Required Education and Experience:  MSC/BSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, with 8/10 years of banking professional experience of which 4 years should be at Managerial position in IT security. IT management and IT Security related Training and certification including on ITIL, CISSP, PMP is preferable

Position 12: Director-Digital Banking

Job Summery:

The prime responsibility of the job holder is to drive development of the department’s strategy and lead in its execution, study marketable locations for ATMs, expedite deployment, and monitor their smooth operations, drive the aggressive recruitment/selection and expansion of digital products across the country, timely resolve issues of customers related to disputed transactions or those others with settlement issues, and undertake other generic duties of the department.

Required Education and Experience: MA/MBA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/10 years of banking professional experience of which 4 years should be at a Managerial/Supervisory position in Digital Banking
