Job Requirement
- Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Management/ Public administration with a minimum of 3 years related work experience in human resource management.
Salary: per the Bank’s Scale.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Job Requirement
- Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Management/ Accounting/ Economics/Business management/ banking and finance, with a minimum of 6 years work experience in banking operations of which 2 years in supervisory position
Salary: per the Bank’s Scale.
Place of work: Branch’s at Hawassa City Branch’s at Harar City
Position 3: Distract Manager-II
Job Requirement
- Required Education and Experience: Minimum Master`s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Accounting/ Economics/Business management/ banking and finance or related field of study, with a minimum of 10/12 years of banking Professional experience of which 6 years should be at Managerial position.
Salary: per the Bank’s Scale.
Place of work: Dessie District Office
