It has been active since 2011 and exports over 40 high quality value added agricultural products which meet world relevant standards to three main destination countries such as America, Canada and Australia and other locations. Moreover, it distributed such products to local market. It has 942 staff based in Addis Ababa (HQ) and Sululta (Sheger City).
Now it is seeking van sales personnel to run sales of its products. The Van Salesman is expected to play a vital role in the company by ensuring the efficient distribution and sale of products directly to customers. S/he is a key player in expanding market presence and achieving sales targets through on-the-ground commercial activities.
Abays Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
P Position 1: Salesman (Female)
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Six month sales/cashier experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic mathematics knowledge
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Educational Background:–
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, Business Management/Marketing or an equivalent
- Minimum 1 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in using Microsoft and ERP Software.
- Experience in Mobile Banking and telebirr operations.
Personal Attributes required for this role:

- Commitment and passion to customer service,
- Friendly Attitude,
- Time Management skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Quality Control and Quality Assurance Officer (2)
Educational Background:
- BA/BSC Degree/Diploma/ in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Scince and Related..
Experience:
- Relevant experience of a minimum of two years in food Factory.
Additional Requirements:
- Good timekeeping, attendance, and performance track record.
- Moderate proficiency in the use of all standard inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gages, and comparators.
- Very good analytical capacity, creativity and strong interpersonal communication skill.
- Able to speak and write in English , Amaharic And Afaan Oromoo
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
