It has been active since 2011 and exports over 40 high quality value added agricultural products which meet world relevant standards to three main destination countries such as America, Canada and Australia and other locations. Moreover, it distributed such products to local market. It has 942 staff based in Addis Ababa (HQ) and Sululta (Sheger City).
Now it is seeking van sales personnel to run sales of its products. The Van Salesman is expected to play a vital role in the company by ensuring the efficient distribution and sale of products directly to customers. S/he is a key player in expanding market presence and achieving sales targets through on-the-ground commercial activities.
Abays Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Salesman (Female)
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Six month sales/cashier experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic mathematics knowledge
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Purchase Officer
Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree preferably in Logistic and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accountancy and Finance
● 3 years’ experience in a Purchasing role, including data entry
● Excellent in verbal and written English and Amharic communication skills
● Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, ERP and telegram, email
