Position: Farm Manager
Qualifications:
Education: BA degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in farm management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and technologies.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
