Position: Radiologist
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Graduate from an accredited University or Medical College (MD with a specialization in Radiology).
- Zero year of experience (Fresh Graduate).
- Valid and renewed professional license.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of organizational goals, planning, and change management.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
- Ability to motivate teams to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Self-starter with a high level of promptness and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
Working Conditions
- Standard Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Flexibility: Duty may include work-from-home or hospital-based shifts depending on schedules and case urgency.
- On-Call: The role requires availability outside of normal working hours for emergency cases.
Salary
- As per the company Scale/ with negotiation.
Location: Addis Ababa
