Position: Graduate Trainee
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields.
CGPA: 2.50 and above
Exit Exam: Must have passed the exit exam.

Job Description & Summary
The Graduate Trainee Program provides 2–3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training designed to develop well-rounded professional bankers. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will commit to serving Addis Bank for a period of three years.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama, Adigrat, Agaro, Aweday, Axum, Aletawendo, Ambo, Assela, Bale, Bekoji, Bensa Daye, Bishoftu, Butajira, Dessie, Dukem, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Durame, Gambella, Ginnir, Harar, Hawassa, Jimma, Jigjiga, Logiya, Mekelle, Meki, Metema Yohannes, Mettu, Modjo, Sebeta area, Shire, Shashemene, Teppi, Wolkite, Woldiya, Yirgachefe
