Position 1:Nurse Professional
Qualifications:
Education
Degree in nursing from an accredited program
Licensure/ Certification
Licensed to practice in Ethiopia by FMHACA.
Current and active certification from the FMHACA in Clinical nursing
Experience
One year of recent clinical experience preferred for degree.
Systems Experience
Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel).
Position 2:Receptionist
Job requeirement
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in administration or healthcare preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hospital or EMR software (e.g., MeDax) preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with the hospital policies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
Familiarity with cardiac care terminology and patient needs is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based in a hospital environment.
Regular working hours with occasional weekend or evening shifts, depending on operational needs.
