Addis Home Finder Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Executive Assistant
Major Duties (not all inclusive):
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, responding independently when possible and directing to appropriate parties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics as assigned by the executives.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.
Required Number: 1
Employment type: Permanent after probation period completion
Job Purpose:
Perform end-to end Executive Assistance tasks Perform any other tasks assigned by GM and other Executive level managers.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Office Administration & Administrative Services Management and Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge and Skill:
- Drafting, writing and research skills
- Experience using the full Microsoft Office suites
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Multitasking and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Experience:
Six (6) Years of relevant work experience of which at least 4 years as Executive Assistant or Senior
Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced executive office (ideally within service giving organizations).
Position 2: Marketing Officer
Major Duties (not all inclusive)
- Involve in sales enablement promotion programs, market research on existing market conditions and evaluate business proposal in line with client demands
- Execute direct marketing campaigns and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- liaise and correspond with customers and external sales agents, and working closely with sales department
- Monitor production of marketing materials and oversee distribution of marketing materials
- Assist on plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for sales and evaluate its effectiveness
- conduct market research and prepare communication materials and document for internal and external communication
- Perform any other assignments provided by immediate supervisor and other managers as required

Employment type: Permanent after short training and probation period completion
Job Purpose: promoting the business and mission through implementing and follow-ups marketing works/activities, campaign and communication initiatives to achieve Marketing plans.

BA Degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or related fields
Knowledge and Skill:
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Information research and analysis experience
- Product and service Knowledge
- Passionate about work with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skill
Work Experience:
Two to Four-years of proven experience in a marketing officer, researcher or account executive positions or equivalent positions in similar organizations
