Addis Life Real Estate plc would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Requirement

• Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in real estate projects is highly preferred

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and BOQ preparation
• Good analytical and financial management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary: Negotiable / Attractive

Location: Addis Ababa
