Position 1: Social Accountability Officer
Job Summary
The purpose of the Social Accountability Officer is to facilitate implementation of social accountability strategies, interventions and capacity-building activities at community level. He/she will work with the Social Accountability Advisor of the HRA Project in refining the program designing and implementation of all components of the project related to the intersection between social accountability, agribusiness, economic strengthening and nutrition in the target PSNP households. The position holder will participate in the designing and implementation of social accountability mechanisms, and development of training materials/guidelines. He/she facilitates the implementation of the formative research in social accountability areas to identify key issues, social norms, and barriers and make recommendations on how to address economic empowerment and government responsiveness to related concerns and challenges. The Social Accountability Officer also contributes to ensuring effective design, implementation and dissemination of learning of a program
Job Requirement
Qualification:
BSc/BA or MSc/ MA degree in Sociology, Social Works, Development Studies, Business Administration/Management, Leadership, or other fields of Social Science from recognized universities or colleges.
At least three and above years relevant experience; Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID (United States Agency for International Development) Food Security and Resilience programs.; Strong understanding of social accountability technical, management, leadership and policy related issues; Excellent partnership, communication, advisory and the ability to interact effectively with donors, collaborating agencies, local and government partners; Computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Position 2: Nutrition and Social Behavioral Change Officer
Job Summary
Nutrition and SBC Officer is responsible for ensuring nutrition sensitive food/agriculture production, access and consumption of nutrition sensitive foods with targeted PSNP households in HRA project specific areas. Towards this end, the officer plays key role in awareness creation, capacity building interventions of the targeted communities and relevant stakeholders of the project. He/she will be responsible for delivering and coordinating of promotion works of nutrition sensitive agricultural production and consumption. Together with the project team and relevant stakeholders, he/she plays role in facilitating staff and partners’ capacity building in the area of assignment. He/she will work closely with the project regional, zonal and woreda teams and provides relevant capacity building and technical assistance to project partners in implementing pertinent project interventions; encourages active participation and networking with health extension workers, development agents and zonal and woreda health service structures, & facilities potential community groups to identify problems related to nutrition-sensitive agriculture production & consumption in PSNP households and seek solutions to address the identified challenges

Position 3: Entrepreneurship Officer
Job Summary
The Entrepreneurship Officer is responsible for supporting and guiding planning of agribusiness and off-farm activity related business plan of PSNP households, and develop agri-businesses entrepreneurial competence of the PSNP households and encourage them in endeavors of engaging in economically, socially and technically feasible businesses. He/she play key role in innovation, sorting out creative business ventures and enhance business skills of the PSNP households. The position is also responsible to set performance indicators of business plans, monitor, and evaluate the success of business of Highland Resilience Activity (HRA) at community level
Job Requirement
Qualification:
BA/BSc or MA/MSc in a relevant field such as Economics, MBA, Marketing and business, Agribusiness and related
At least 4 years relevant experience; Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID Food Security and Resilience programs; Strong understanding of market-based livelihoods and proven experience in business development service, marketing, and business plan development and management; Computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Position 4: Agri-Business Officer
Job Summary
The Agri-business Officer is responsible for ensuring high quality implementation of agricultural input and output marketing and related activities of the HRA Project. He/she will be responsible for delivering and coordinating agricultural input and output marketing activities together with stakeholders particularly government and other project team and also play role in facilitating staff and partners’ capacity building in the area of assignment. He/she will work closely with the project regional, zonal and woreda teams and provide relevant capacity building and technical assistance to project partners in implementing project interventions; encourage active participation and networking between individuals and communities in identifying agricultural input market and marketing system problems.

Position 5: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Job Summary
The M&E Officer leads the development and implementation of the project’s M&E system, learning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the project at the program area level with a focus on developing benchmark information and indicators for measuring changes expected within the program objective. He/she contributes to the project operational plan preparation, provides technical assistance for developing templates and systems to capture data for analysis and effective communication of changes, impacts and learning.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
BA/BSc and MSc in economics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, and related fields
At least five and above years in relevant service; Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID Food Security and Resilience programs; Strong understanding of M&E system, knowledge generation & management, analysis and reporting; Computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Position 7: Regional Project Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the HRA project in South and Central Ethiopia Regions. He/she will play roles in guiding, leading and supervising his/her project team members working on the project. He/she works with stakeholders, donor organization and field level technical team to ensure that all HRA project activities are implemented in accordance with the operational plan of the project; ensures that all activities are on the right track to achieve impact; work closely with project Finance and Administrative Officer and Logistics Officer to ensure logistics are facilitated and arranged for smooth implementation of the project activities. He/she creates enabling environment for working with key stakeholders of the project, enhances good relationships with all technical units to ensure program activities are carried out according to the highest standards and remain responsive and appropriate to the local context.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
BSc/BA or MSc/ MA degree in Agriculture, Developmental Studies, Business Administration/Management, Leadership, or other Social Science fields from recognized universities or colleges
Minimum of 10/8 years proven work experience, of which 8/6 in a supervisory/managerial /project coordination position respectively; NGO experience with strong exposure to USAID-funded projects (i.e. PSNP Program) is preferable; At least 6 years in a middle or senior-level management position; Previous experience in managing complex project or consortiums is an added advantage
