Position 1: Junior Operation Officer
Job Summary
Detail description of the Job
Preparing quotation under supervision of operation manager and deliver electronically to customers.
Receive and process documents from customers for import and export operation and deploy the necessary number of trucks by consulting the operation manager.
Prepare and retain list of truck owners, drivers and associations to facilitate immediate deployment of trucks on demand.
Track trucks on their journey from Addis Ababa to Djibouti and/or Djibouti to Addis Ababa.,
Follow up and report timely any delay of departures of trucks from customs offices or ports.
Intact follow up of operation status that will be posted on whats up or we chat platforms created for internal and external communications.
Good writing and spoken skill of English. Most of all familiarity with operation business language.
Follow up owned trucks operation with separate procedures as per instruction of top management and/or operation management.
Follow up maintenance and related resource deployment to make owned trucks operational.
Any other tasks that will be assigned by the operation manager
Job Requirement
Years of Experience: Two years with similar position
Qualification: Degree in Management or Business administration

Position 2: Junior Accountant
Job Summary
Detail description of the Job
Responsible to collect transporters payment request, summarize them and report to immediate supervisor.
Gather document for each operation and prepare payment request and submit to respected customers.
Prepare check and payment vouchers
Prepare invoices for collection
Code and post payment and collection vouchers to Peachtree accounting software.
Follow up collection by contacting customers’ office.
Collect the necessary slip from bank for transfers and monthly bank statements
Prepare bank reconciliation
Prepare tax declaration online and conclude the necessary filling and payment of periodic taxes.
Any other tasks within the scope.
Job Requirement
Years of Experience: Two years with similar position
Qualification: Degree in Accounting and Finance
Other Aspects
