We have quickly grown to include over 50 SKUs within our product portfolio and cover a wide range of Ethiopia and plan to soon expand into regional markets. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individuals.
Africa Ventures Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Store Assistant
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or retail is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or software is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move items as required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Position 2: Data Encoder C Reporting Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
Proven experience in data entry, reporting, or a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and other data entry software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Position 3: Human Resource and Administration Assistant
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
