Position 1: Senior Compliance Officer
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
Strong experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or payment systems is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of:
- payment system regulations
- AML/CFT frameworks
- financial regulatory compliance
Position 2: Senior Settlement & Reconciliation Officer
About You
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in finance operations, reconciliation, or settlement management.
Experience in banking, fintech, payment service providers, or financial institutions is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and settlement processes.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Position 3: Digital Marketing Lead
About You
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Proven experience running digital campaigns that generate measurable lead conversion outcomes
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and digital advertising platforms
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM platforms, and social media management tools
- Experience managing content strategy and creative marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to optimize campaigns using data
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
Position 4: Merchant Growth & Market Development Lead
About You
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in market development, sales, merchant engagement, or commercial growth roles
- Strong experience engaging with the business and SME ecosystem
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to represent the company in market-facing initiatives
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
Position 5: Marketing & Growth Manager
About You
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development roles
- Experience in fintech, digital platforms, payments, or financial services is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of both digital marketing and field-based marketing strategies
