Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management or related field
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
Expected Competency
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
- Thorough knowledge of financial laws and audit regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Good knowledge of microfinance business
- Good communication and human relation skill

Position 2: Risk & Compliance Officer
Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA Degree/Level IV in Accounting/Management or related field
- Experience: 2/6 Years of relevant experience;
Expected Competency
- Good knowledge of Auditing, risk management and Accounting principles and practices;
- Skills in designing and performing internal control tests to evaluate effectiveness;
- Through knowledge of Financial Laws NBI Directives and regulations
- Ability to Financial and Operational report preparation;
- Good communication skills

Position 3: Branch Manager I
Job Requirement
- Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Marketing/Management/Economics/Accounting or related field
- Experience: 2/4 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years Senior Credit or Loan Officer
Expected Competency
- Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of KYC principle
- Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
- Good communication skills
