Position 1: Branch Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Qualification Required: MA/BA Degree in Marketing /Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related field
• Minimum Work Experience: 2/4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years Senior Credit or Loan Officer
Expected Competency (Skills required):
• Excellent knowledge of Company operation policies and procedures,
• Basic knowledge of KYC principle,
• Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products,
• Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools,
• Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices,
• Good communications skills.
• Job Grade: X
• Qty: 2
NB: Microsoft Office particularly excels and word skill is mandatory.
• Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration
