Position: – Business Operations Associate
Job Description:
Agrotik Trading S.C is a dynamic and growing agribusiness startup that is committed to high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Associate to join our team and help establish business operations.
Job Description:
- As a Business Operations Associate at Agrotik, you will be responsible for scoping potential
- distribution locations, determining procedures and standards to open distribution centers, and
- overseeing all aspects of distribution center operations, including personnel, inventory, financial
- management, and stakeholder relations. You will work closely with the leadership team to
- develop and implement strategies for growth and ensure that the stores are running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the distribution centers, including inventory management, staffing, customer service, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion, including market research, analysis and planning.
- Monitor and manage the centers’ financial performance, including budgets, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental standards.
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze distribution center performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store operations, business development, supply chain operations, agribusiness, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to and use different business software applications as needed
