Position 1: – Customer Services Officer -II
Required Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Work Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience in a Bank.
Work Place:Dire Dawa, Arba Minch & Harar
Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
Position 2: – Senior Customer Services Officer
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Work Experience: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank
Work Place: Dire Dawa, Arba Minch & Harar
Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Position 3: – Customer Services Officer -I
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Work Experience: 1 (One) Year relevant experience in a Bank
Work Place: Dire Dawa, Arba Minch , Harar & Arerti
Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
Position 4: – Branch Manager I
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Work Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Workplace: Dire Dawa, Arba Minch & Arerti
Competencies and skills including:
Excellent teambuilding and analytical skill
Ability to work under pressure
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to distribute sales targets and production goals to staffers and manage achievement;
Knowledge of commercial business law, sector rules and regulations;
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
