Position: Branch Office Operation Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and supply chain management and other related fields, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines with Strong sense of responsibility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ethiopian Airlines vacancy
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day operational activities of the branch office.Monitor the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational directives at the branch level.
- Monitor attendance, staff-related administrative matters, and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify operational challenges and provide timely reports and recommendations to the Branch Manager.
- Follow up on pending operational issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Support effective coordination among branch employees and departments.
- Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
