AIMA Electric Motor Manufacturing would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position: Bajaj Assembly Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Level IV / Diploma in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Automotive Engineering
  • Electromechanical Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
• Experience: 0–3 years (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of vehicle assembly or manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of mechanical tools and basic electrical systems is an advantage
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in factory / production environment in Dukem

Required Competencies

• Strong technical learning ability
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving mindset
• Time management
• Positive work attitude

Salary Range: 12000ETB-20000ETB

Location: Dukem

Deadline: April 13, 2026
