Position: Receptionist & Data Encoder
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: [Diploma / High School]
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write clearly
- Honest, punctual, and well-organized
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Prior experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

The Receptionist and Data Encoder is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and managing front-desk activities to ensure a professional and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic Human Resources duties and record keeping
- Receive and welcome visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Deliver documents and messages within and outside the office
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
- Support general office operations as assigned
- Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain and update records and files
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Organize and manage digital and physical documents
- Generate basic reports as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
