Its business license was issued on 01/08/2022 with license number MFI/055/2022 and officially it has been started its operation on October 22/2022.
It is established to provide financial and non-financial products to active poor and missing middle income society through affordable loans, savings and micro insurance services in order to contribute its share for the development of the national economy.
Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Accountant
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Work experience: 2 year and above experience in Microfinance and Bank
Salary: Based on the institutions Scale (attractive)
Required Number: 8
Work places: Finote Selam, D/Markos ,Injibara, Addis Ababa, Woldeya Gonder, Wolayta, Wolkite (Branch)
Position 2: Junior Attorney Officer
Educational Qualification: Degree in (LLB)
Work experience: 1 year and above experience in Microfinance and bank
Salary: Based on the institutions Scale (attractive)
Required Number: 2
Work places: Head Office
Position 3: Marketing and Communication Officer
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Marketing communication or related field.
Work experience: 2 year and above experience in Microfinance and bank
Salary: Based on the institutions Scale (attractive)
Work places: Head Office
Position 4: Cashier
Educational Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration related field.
Work experience: 1 year and above experience in Microfinance other related work Experience
Salary: Based on the institutions Scale (attractive)
Required Number: 6
Work places: Finote Selam, D/Markos ,Injibara, ,Addis ababa, Woldeya Gonder (Branch)
Position 5: Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related field.
Work experience: 1 year and above experience in Microfinance and bank
Full professional qualifications are desirable Specialist experience in MFI
Salary: Based on the institutions Scale (attractive)
Required Number: 7
