Position 1: Luxury Front Office Supervisor
About You
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of front office, guest services, or concierge leadership experience in a five-star hotel, luxury high-rise, or premium corporate campus.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency with property management systems (PMS), CRM software.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills tailored to high-profile and high-net-worth residents.
- Leadership: Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalate sensitive situations, and motivate a team of high-performing hospitality professionals.
- Discretion: Strict adherence to non-disclosure policies regarding resident identities, schedules, and private lives.
Position 2: Luxury Residential Room Attendant / Housekeeping
About You
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of housekeeping or room attendant experience in a five-star hotel, luxury high-rise, or premium resort.
Physical Stamina: Heavily physical role requiring the ability to bend, kneel, reach, push heavy carts, stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for absolute cleanliness, symmetry, and elite presentation standards.
Discretion: Strict adherence to building privacy policies regarding resident identities, belongings, and schedules.
Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening and reference verification check.
