ALTERA RealEstate would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Cashier
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to operate a POS (Point of Sale) system.
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Previous cashier experience is an advantage.
Location: Altera Luxury Living Hotel Apartment
Position 2: Waitress / Waiter
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Friendly and professional attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take orders accurately and serve customers efficiently.
Good grooming and personal hygiene.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Position 3: Barista
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Previous barista experience is preferred; training may be provided for suitable candidates.
Location: Altera Luxury Living Hotel Apartment
Position 4: Steward (Kitchen Steward)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Ability to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
Previous steward or cleaning experience is an advantage.
