Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience protecting luxury high-rises, four-five star resorts, or high-end corporate complexes.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive 10-year federal/state criminal background check and pre-employment 10-panel drug screening.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency to maintain accurate incident logs and interface professionally with residents.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and remain highly alert for continuous 8-to-12 hour shifts, and lift up to 50 if necessary.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts Overnight availability required (including weekends and holidays).

Position 2: Luxury Residential Bell Attendant / Bell person
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of dedicated customer service or bell person experience in a four to five-star hotel, luxury high-rise, or premium resort.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for continuous 8-hour shifts and comfortably lift, push, or pull up to 25 kg.
- Professional Image: Immaculate personal grooming and compliance with strict property uniform and presentation standards.
- Discretion: Absolute adherence to strict non-disclosure policies regarding high-profile resident identities, assets, and schedules.

Position 3: Luxury Residential Garbage Porter & Parking Attendant
Requirements
- Experience: 3 months and above experience in parking, luxury hospitality, custodial work, or building maintenance.
- Physical Stamina: Heavily active role requiring the ability to run/walk continuously, and lift, push, or pull up to 34 kg.
Schedule
- 8-hour / 12-hour shifts (Morning, evening, and weekend availability required).

Position 4: Luxury Residential Maintenance Electrician
What We Look For (Requirements)
