Position 1: PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER
Education
• BSc Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/Electrical Engineering or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
Required Skill
• Good understanding of production processes and operations
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
Position 2: JUNIOR FURNACE OPERATOR
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Assist in the safe and efficient operation of the furnace used in the steel production process.
Required Skill
• Furnace operations and heat treatment processes
• Ability to monitor temperature controls, gauges, and indicators accurately
Position 3: QUALITY SUPERVISOR
Education
• BSc Degree in Quality Management/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Production or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Oversee and ensure that all products meet required quality standards and specifications throughout the production process
Required Skill
• Supervise and coordinate quality control activities in the production process
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications
Position 4: JUNIOR LADLE/TUNDISH MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 1year relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of ladles and tundishes to ensure their safe and efficient operation during the steel casting process.
Required Skill
• Expertise in maintaining, gunning, and repairing refractory linings, including the installation of firebrick in ladles and tundishes
Position 5: JUNIOR DE-DUSTING OPERATOR
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining specialized equipment designed to capture and remove fine particles, dust
Required Skill
• Ability to spot small breaches in filters or changes in pressure.
Position 6: ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Education
• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Electrical Supervisor is to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within the plant
Required Skill
• Supervise and coordinate all electrical maintenance and installation activities
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment
Position 7: OXY-ACETYLENE CUTTER
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant
Main Role of the Job holder
• Responsible for cutting, shaping, and removing metal components using oxy-acetylene cutting equipment.
Required Skill
• Proficiency in operating oxy-acetylene cutting equipment safely and effectively
Position 8: OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR
Education
• 10th or 12th grade complete or Level I, II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics / Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Safely operate a heavy-duty overhead crane for lifting, moving, and positioning large and heavy materials within the plant
Position 9: UTILITY OPERATOR
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Operate, monitor, and maintain air compressor systems to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of compressed air for industrial operations.
Required Skill
• Basic knowledge of air compressor systems and industrial equipment
Position 10: CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE LADLE GATE OPERATOR
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant
Main Role of the Job holder
• Responsible for maintaining product quality, preventing spillage or overflow
Required Skill
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
Position 11: BILLET STACKING OPERATOR
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Main Role of the Job holder
• Billet Stacking Operator is to safely and efficiently handle, arrange, and stack finished billets in designated storage areas.
Required Skill
• Good attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work safely in a heavy industrial environment
Position 12: CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE OPERATOR
Education
• Level II and above in General Metal Fabrication/ General Mechanics /Machine Drive/ Electricity or in any related field of study
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant
Main Role of the Job holder
• Assist in the operation of the Continuous Casting Machine during production
• Monitor the flow of molten steel and support stable casting conditions
Required Skill
• Basic understanding of steel production and casting processes
• Ability to work safely in high-temperature industrial environments
