Position 1:Continuous Casting Operator
Job Requirement
Education Level: Level II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ Electricity or related field of study
Core role of the position holder: Oversee and manage the continuous casting process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of semi-finished metal products like slabs, blooms, and billets
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Place of work: – Addis Ababa
Position 2:Argon Oxygen Lancing Furnace Operator
Job Requirement
Education Level: Level II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ Electricity or related field of study
Core role of the position holder: Control the composition and temperature of the molten steel during the refining process
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Place of work: – Addis Ababa

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Position 5:Color Coating Line Operator
Job Requirement
Education Level: Level II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ Electricity or related field of study
Core role of the position holder: Operate machinery to apply a durable and aesthetically pleasing color coating to steel sheets
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Place of work: – Adama
Position 6:Galvanizing Line Operator
Job Requirement
Education Level: Level II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ Electricity or related filed
Core role of the position holder: Apply a protective zinc coating to metal surfaces to prevent corrosion
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Place of work: – Adama
Position 7:Cold Rolling Mill Operator
Job Requirement
Education Level: Level II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ Electricity or related field
Core role of the position holder: Operate and maintain machinery that reduces the thickness of steel sheets by passing them through rollers at room temperature
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Place of work: – Adama
Position8:Push Pull Pickling Line Operator
Job Requirement
Education Level: Level II & III In General Metal Fabrication/ Electricity or related field of study
Core role of the position holder: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a push-pull pickling line
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Place of work: – Adama
Position 9:Cashier and store keeper
Job Requirement
Education Level: Minimum of BA degree in Accounting /Accounting and Finance
Core role of the position holder: relevant experience in handling financial transactions, reconciliations, and basic inventory or stock management. Experience in the NGO sector is preferred.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Position 10:Senior Accountant
Job Requirement
Education Level: Minimum of BA degree in Accounting /Accounting and Finance
Core role of the position holder: Experience in accounting/finance, preferably within Ethiopia’s NGO/CSO sector. Must have strong knowledge of NGO financial procedures, donor reporting, fund accounting, and compliance with Ethiopian government regulations.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience
