Position 1: Junior Facility Management Officer

Essential Function:
Job Position: Junior Facility Management Officer (Re-advertised)
Purpose of the Job: To assist the process of delivering efficient and effective facility services in the bank.
Qualification: BA in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields
Work Experience: One/1 years of relevant experience preferable in Banking Industry.
Generic Functions:
Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit
Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance

Assist the outsourced facility services are provided as per the agreement
Assist the process of annual inspection of vehicles, insurance coverage for new vehicles and renewal for existing

Job Position: Junior Branch Operation Support Officer

Job Position: Junior Customer Accounts & Due Diligence Officer
Purpose of the Job: To assist in ensuring compliance of regulatory transaction limits set by NBE; identifying, assessing and monitoring suspicious transactions; monitoring the due diligence and customer account management related activities.
Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Work Experience: One/1year of relevant experience preferably in banking industry.

Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices

Specific Functions:
Handle the overall customer accounts and due diligence operation in line with NBE directives and Amhara Bank procedures
Receive and check e-documents to authorize new customer accounts as per the NBE’s Directives
Handle the business relation termination reports, and receive /notify mal operation/delinquent reports from/to NBE and branches
Follow up regions/branches are undertaking full range of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) measures, on a risk-based approach in accordance with Financial Intelligence Offices ‘s directive and the Bank’s Policy on Anti Money Laundry (AML)
Provide verified information to all enquiries related to customer account confirmation by external bodies such as Police, Court, NBE, National Intelligence Center, etc.
Follow up the proper identification of customers, proper assessment, and monitoring of suspicious transactions
Follow- up and monitor transactions limits of branches properly comply with regulatory set by National Bank of Ethiopia.
Handle other related duties as assigned by his/her supervisor
