Position 1: Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing Management, Banking and Insurance, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing, Business Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Management.
Work Experience: No prior experience is required.
Only Graduates of the year 2026 G.C with minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above for Female Applicants and 3.25 and above for Male Applicants
National Exit Exam Result: 65 % and above
Purpose of the Job: To ensure customer satisfaction through selling the bank’s products and services, collecting customer feedbacks, and promptly responding to customer queries.
Place of Work: At the Bank’s vacant Branches across the country
Position 2: Information Technology Trainee Officer-I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Communication Technology only.
Work Experience: No prior Experience is required (fresh graduate).
Only Graduates of the year 2026 G.C with minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above for Female Applicants and 3.25 and above for Male Applicants.
National Exit Exam Result: 65 % and above.
Purpose of the Job: To contribute smooth business operation of the Bank’s through properly providing first level technical support for branches related to their request on core banking system applications.Financial services careers

Position 3: Junior Capital Market & Investor Relations Officer
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Management or any other related field.
Work Experience: One (1) year of related experience preferably in banking industry
Position 4: Junior Contact Center Officer
Qualification: BA in Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Work Experience: One/1-year experience in relevant fields preferably in Banking industry.
Position 5: Junior Facility Management Officer
Qualification: BA in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields
Work Experience: One/1 years of relevant experience preferable in Banking Industry.
Position 6: Administrative Assistant
Qualification: BA/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Any other related fields
Work Experience: 1/One/3/Three years of relevant experience preferably in Banking industry
Position 7: Regulatory Compliance Officer
Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related field
Work Experience: Three/3 of relevant experience in banking industry out of which one year as a junior officer position
Position 8: Liquidity & Market Risk Analyst
Qualification: BA in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
Work Experience: Three/3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which One/1 year as officer position
Position 9: IT & Digital Risk Officer
Qualification: BSc in in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related field of studies.
Work Experience: Three/3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which One/1 year as officer position
Position 10: Senior Legal Advisor
Qualification: LLB in Law or any other related fields
Work Experience: Five/5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking of which Two/2 years as officer position.
Position 11: Senior IT & Digital Risk Officer
Qualification: BSc in in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related field of studies
Work Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years on officer position
Position 12: Senior Liquidity and Market Risk Analyst
Qualification: BA in Economics, Econometrics, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
Work Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years as officer position.
Position 13: Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Work Experience: Seven/7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
Position 14: Manager, Regulatory Compliance & ESG
Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related field.
Work Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position.
Position 15: Manager, Fund Management
Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management or any other related fields
Work Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of related experience in the Banking industry of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position
Position 16: Manager, Financial Reporting & Budget Control
Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration or any other related fields.
Work Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position.
Position 17: Director, Financial Analysis & Reporting
Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management or any other related field
Work Experience: Eight/Ten (8/10) years of relevant work experience, of which at least three years in managerial position
