Position 1: IT Auditor
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology, or any other related fields
Work Experience: Three/3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which One/1 year on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To perform complex technical audits of the Bank’s information systems, digital platforms, and IT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data Security, reliability integrity of digital assets and core banking applications.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Service Quality Assurance Officer
Qualification: BA in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related filed of studies.
Work Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years as officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To lead and enhance the Bank’s service quality assurance programs across all channels, ensuring compliance with internal benchmarks and regulatory standards. The role drives continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback, audits, and service metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. It develops actionable insights, updates SLAs, partners with training teams, and mentors QA staff. The position also oversees improvement initiatives and collaborates with business units to elevate overall customer experience and service excellence.

Position 3: Senior IT Auditor (Re-advertised)
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology, or any other related fields
Work Experience: Five/5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which Two/2 years on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To ensure that the IT operations in terms of People-Process-Technology (PPT) integrations are in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives, corporate policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations of other governing bodies through continuously undertaking an independent and objective verification.
Place of Work: Head Office
