Position 1: Branch Manager Grade – I
Vacancy Number: ABa/EVA/031/23
Category: Branch
Essential Functionality:
- Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;
- Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
- Plan and lead the resource Mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner,
- Aggressively engages in marketing and promotional activities,
Job Requirement:
Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.
Work Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Position 2: Security Guard – I (Female)
Vacancy Number: ABa/EVA/031/23
Essential Functionality:
- Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
- Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Qualification: -10th/12thGrade Complete
Work Experience: – Two (2) years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
Age: Between 25-50
Position 3: Manager, Procurement
Vacancy Number: ABa/EVA/031/23
Essential Functionality:
- Initiate, develop, and implement procurement standards for the Bank and update when required;
- Follow up and ensure the procurement of goods and services of the bank is in line with the required quality, quantity, timeliness and efficiency
- Review bid documents developed by users and provide recommendation as required;
- Conduct the necessary researches to develop/ review classification of items to be procured based on the nature of the items (availability, cost, criticality etc.) and list of suppliers;
- Propose, and implement purchasing modalities based on the classification of items and list of suppliers;
- Develop, review and implement policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division;
- Embody the Bank’s good culture, corporate image to the public ;
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by same and manage disciplinary concerns;
Job Requirement:
Qualification: MA/MBA/BA In Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Work Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which Two/2 years on senior officer position.
