Position 1: Surveyor
Position Overview;
As a surveyor, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing and measuring properties, providing essential data for transactions, development projects, and land management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements of land boundaries, buildings, and other structures using advanced surveying equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports, and maps, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and legal teams to provide survey data for property development and construction projects.
- Perform thorough research to locate property markers, historical records, and relevant property information.
- Analyze survey data to identify discrepancies, boundary issues, or potential conflicts, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property boundaries, easements, and zoning.
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to create detailed maps and spatial data.
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to gather information and discuss project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as property descriptions and boundary agreements.
- Stay current with industry trends, new surveying technologies, and best practices to enhance surveying methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Surveyor, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data, maps, and legal descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate survey records and reports.
- Proficiency in GIS software and AutoCAD for map creation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to different work sites as needed

Position 2: Sales consultant
Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Amibara Properties, you will be responsible for showcasing our real estate offerings to potential buyers and guiding them through the sales process. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing expert guidance to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers and assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our real estate properties.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the unique selling points of our properties.
- Listen to client needs, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable property options.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, contractors, and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or contract terms.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and ensure reliable supply.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring their feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Participate in the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for various construction phases.
- Monitor construction progress, site activities, and work quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or deviations from the project plan, taking proactive measures to address them.
- Prepare and manage construction schedules, coordinating activities and resources to meet project milestones.
