Anbessa Travel (previousluy FKLM Tours), based in Ethiopia offers tours for the tourism Industry, covering the Horn of Africa – Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Kenya, Somaliland and Sudan. We partner with over 15 Traveler Made and Virtuoso member travel companies across the globe. We offer quality tailor-made photography, cultural, birding and wildlife tours and excursions, using our own fleet of cars. For high-end products we cater luxurious SUV’s and helicopters. We are known as experts in the MICE arena too.
Amongst our clients are UN agencies, NGO’s, international institutions and corporations – we arrange incentives trips, conference- and meeting facilities, transportation and concierge services. We have a strong focus on CBT, environmental- and social responsibility initiatives. Our company is the first Ethiopian DMC to be Travelife certified.
Position 1: Junior Sales Engineer
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (power or control preferred).
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Ability to prepare technical and financial offers; strong customer communication skills; willingness to travel; sales lead generation; participation in exhibitions; female applicants are highly encouraged.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Sales Engineer
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (power or control preferred).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales engineering or project sales.
- Strong negotiation and proposal presentation skills; ability to lead and train junior sales engineers; market research and reporting skills; customer relationship management; female applicants are highly encouraged.

Position 3: Senior Human Capital Officer

- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in human capital, HR, or talent management roles.
- Knowledge of human capital management systems; talent acquisition and workforce planning; performance management and succession planning; training facilitation; strong interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Finance Manager
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in finance/accounting roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, IFRS & ERCA requirements; budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; leadership and team management skills; audit and ERP experience; travel, tourism, logistics or service industry experience is an advantage.
