Position 1: Senior Accountant
Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of the job is to supervise the financial accounting process of the Company, including but not limited to, financial transactions and reporting, payables, receivables payroll and taxation management.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of periodic financial statements and supporting balance Sheet reconciliation schedules in compliance with IFRS.
- Preparation of annual financial statement and management audit process
- Ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Management of taxation reports
- Assist the management in budgeting and forecasting
- Manage relationship with key stakeholders
Job Requirement
Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized institution. IFRS Certification is an advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5-year experience in Finance and Accounting with 2 years in a similar position
- Strong systems (particularly ERP) experience considered an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
- Effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Position 2: HR Specialist
Job Summary:
HR Specialist’s main responsibility is provision of reliable HR data, information, systems and operational support so as to facilitate the achievement of “best practice” of HR management while liaising with all sections of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- maintain all necessary records of employees, handling leaves, attendance, and follow up on implementation of various company protocols in scope of the department
- Assisting with the development, implementation and maintenance of “best practice” HR management systems and processes
- Making HR data available and accessible and in a format that can benefit the real time management of company’s business
- Responsible to play part in all HR functions from HR planning to retention, the correct and timely preparation of all documentations and reports, including, but not limited to employee personal file,
- Receive and record all employment applications checking against the original documents
- Performs other related activities as may be assigned
Job Requirement
Education: BA Degree in HR Management or relevant disciplines
Work Experience: 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing and /or service sector Experience in hospitality industry is a plus

Position 3: Logistics Specialist
Job Summery
Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of the job is to coordinate the supply chain for the roasting facility and retail operations by streamlining the supply chain process.
Main Responsibilities:
- The role involves monitoring market trends, reevaluating contracts, and negotiating prices and conditions.
- It involves managing vendor relationships, collaborating with staff, senior management, and decision-makers, and participating in the development of supply chain strategies.
- The role involves coordinating needs, planning supply and delivery times, and updating management with ingredient prices.
- The role also involves managing procurement functions, implementing transaction management best practices, and managing corporate governance.
- Risk management is also a key aspect, and the role involves staying informed about supply chain technology and improving processes.
- The role also involves resolving work-related problems, communicating organizational values, managing contractor and subcontractor activities, and ensuring food safety management system issues are reported to supervisors and quality personnel
Job Requirement
Education: Degree in any Social science studies
Work Experience:
Minimum 3-year experience in supply chain and related position
- Exposure to coffee value addition and hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of emotional intelligence and sales techniques
