Position 1: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Job Summery
Duties and Responsibilities
Support development of the M&E Plan for the project.
Prepare formats and criteria for indicator selection, target setting, reporting, and database management.
Lead data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high quality and audit-worthy data.
Review and support preparation of program reports in collaboration with program staff.
Coordinate and track data collection, including scheduling and conducting field visits.
Perform quality checks, data cleaning, and verification.
Ensure consistency of information across reports.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in M&E or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in WASH, humanitarian, or development work (preferred).
Knowledge of local (Afar) languages is an asset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
Reports to: Afar Field Office Project Manager & Japanese Project Manager
Location: Mille, Afar Region

Position 2: Protection Officer
Job Summery
Duties and Responsibilities
Train kebele and woreda-level stakeholders on protection, safeguarding, and safe referrals.
Coordinate with stakeholders and communities to ensure protection is mainstreamed in all services.
Organize awareness campaigns and follow up on SGBV cases, ensuring proper documentation and referrals. materials.
Participate in program/project evaluations and protection cluster meetings.
Conduct protection risk assessments and develop related training
Job Requirement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related social science.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in WASH, humanitarian, or development work (preferred).
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local (Afar) languages is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.

Position 3: WASH Officer
Job Summery
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement WASH project activities according to project plans.
Support construction/rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities.
Conduct hygiene promotion and awareness campaigns.
Coordinate capacity-building training for WASHCO members.
Supervise daily activities of community mobilizers.
Ensure proper distribution and delivery of project materials to beneficiaries.
Prepare monthly and bi-weekly reports.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Water Supply Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Health, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in WASH, humanitarian, or development work (preferred).
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, GPS, WATERCAD).
Knowledge of local (Afar) languages is an asset.
