Position 1: Finance and Resource Mobilazation Director
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Conduct market Research to identify key business objectives and financial goals of Ashewa technologies.
● Provide an environmental scan to examine current gaps and status in the company’s operational processes and strategies.
● Develop recommendations for improvement based on the analysis of Ashewa technology customer requirements, industry trends, and competition
● Assist, collaborate in creating a financial business strategy that will ensure success for Ashewa technology.
● Design an actionable plan for changing existing practices and procedures to impactfull growth.
● Identify potential ideal partners, secure partnerships or collaborations, and align with relevant solutions.
● Recuriet, lead, empower resource Mobilisation and Accounting team.
Design and develop after cross checking the existing business model
Develop strategy and action Plan with project timeline for fundrising, equty share sales, Venture Capital, validate Investment Ideas and Investment Capital Raising.
- Forecasting income streams from existing products and services.
- Loan and Revenue Optimization.
- Sourced and vetted prospective investments (both for the internal fund as well as syndicate partners).
- Developed funding strategies and issue termsheets to potential portfolio companies.
- Worked with our portfolio companies on improving their businesses, typically focusing on institutional capital and corporate strategy.
- Managed syndicate partner relationships and onboarded additional syndicate partners.
- Develop pitches and investor documents for successful pitch for potential customers like banks and VC.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science of Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance and International Business and certification on filled.
- Proven previous experience on the role
- Work Experience 15 Years.

Position 2: Executive assistant
Job Description
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Managing information flow & projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Prepare, organize and manage task and work progress
- Help us by automating tasks by using CRM, ERP tools.
Job brief
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
- Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making meeting arrangements and preparing reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Follow tasks and projects by using CRM AND ERP tools
- Follow business integrations and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent ERP and ERP plus MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office management, relevant 7 years work experience
- BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office management, relevant 5 years work experience
