Seed Micro Finance Institution S.C. engage a competent service provider firm or a team of individuals to prepare comprehensive policies, procedure manuals, a five-year strategic plan, organizational structure, and salary scale for SEED Micro Finance Institution S.C
Seed Microfinance Institution would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Branch Cashier
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: Level IV and zero year experience
Field of Study: Accounting & finance, Accounting & related field of study
Place of Work: Branch/Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Accountant
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and Zero year experience.
Field of Study: Accounting & finance, Accounting & related field of study.
Place of Work: Branch/Addis Ababa
Position 3: Customer Service Officer
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and Zero year experience.
Field of Study: Management, accounting or any related field

Position 4: Branch Manager
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and 2 year experience in microfinance or banking sector
Field of Study: Agriculture, Management, Accounting, Economics, and related field of study.
Place: Branch/Addis Ababa
Position 5: Company Secretary
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: Level IV and zero year experience
Field of Study: Human resource, Accounting & Finance, Secretary science
Place: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 6: MIS/IT Senior Officer
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and 3 year experience at
least 1 year in microfinance or banking sector.
Field of Study: Information Technology or Management Information System or related.
Place: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 7: Human Resource Junior Officer
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA and zero year experience.
Field of Study: Preferably Hunan resource Management and any related field
Place: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 8: Internal Auditor Senior Officer
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA/MA 5 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 2 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above.
Field of Study: Accounting & finance, Accounting & related field of study.
Place: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 9: Finance Manager
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA/MA 6 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 3 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above.
Field of Study: Accounting & finance, Accounting & related field of study. IFRS experience and training is Mandatory.
Place: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Position 10: Operations Manager
Minimum requirement Qualification & experience: BA/MA 6 years for BA and 4 years for MA with relevant experience at least 3 years in microfinance or banking sector at senior level or above.
Field of Study: Management, Accounting, Economics, and related field of study.
Place of Work: Head Office/Addis Ababa
Deadline: March 6, 2025
