Hosea Holdings would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Cost Controller
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
Work Experience:
4+ years of experience as a cost controller in hotel and similar industry
Essential Skills
Deep understanding of cost accounting concepts (standard costing, variance analysis, earned value management, inventory valuation).
Problem-Solving & Commercial Acumen: Ability to recommend actionable solutions to minimize financial waste.
Assertiveness & Diplomacy: Confident in challenging unauthorized spending and enforcing budget rules politely but firmly.
Cross-Functional Communication: Able to translate financial findings into practical instructions for technical and operational teams.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Cashier Accountant
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience:
3+ years’ experience in cashiering, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping or junior accounting.
Essential Skills
Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, debit/credit principles, and cash management procedures
Intermediate MS Excel capabilities
Strong mathematical skills for accurate balance calculations and reconciliations.
Ability to manage high daily volume without compromising transaction quality.
Professional and pleasant communication when handling payments directly with clients/customers.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Work Experience:
6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience in Hotel Industry or Import export sectors required
Essential Skills
Deep knowledge of Accounting Standards
Advanced MS Excel capabilities
Strong problem-solving skills and high precision/attention to detail.
Excellent communication & Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Architect
Minimum Qualification:
BA in Architecture
Registered Architect (RA) / Licensed Architect license is a plus
Work Experience
10+ years of progressive professional experience.
Experience in real estate sector and high rise apartments is advantageous
Essential Skills
Expert level skills in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Micro Station) and MS Office.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
Strategic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities during construction phases.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Wellness Director
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sports Science, Physical Education, Wellness Management, or a related field.
A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in spa, gym, fitness, wellness, or hospitality management.
At least 4 years in a managerial position overseeing teams or departmental operations.
Demonstrated knowledge of spa services, gym operations, customer care, staff supervision, and business performance management.
Experience in budgeting, revenue generation, inventory control, and operational reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and operational reporting tools.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
