Ashewa Technology Solution S.C. would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: HR Officer

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Experience working in technology, IT services, or consulting companies is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Position 2: Custom software & ERP Oddo Development Team Lead

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience with :
• Flutter mobile development
• Node.js ecosystem (NestJS, Express.js)
• Frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Next.js)
• Backend frameworks (Laravel, Django, FastAPI)
• RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
