Awach Saving and Crediting would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Accountant Maker
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or a related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher and passed the exit exam with a good point.
Fluency in English and Amharic (speaking, writing, and listening).
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Number required: 10
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Member Relation Junior Officer
Requirements
Fresh graduates of 2024
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or a related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher and who passed an exit exam with a good grade.
Fluency in English and Amharic (speaking, writing, and listening).
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for building positive relationships.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Human Resource Officer
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Management.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles (1-2 years).
Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
