Position 1: E-Learning Specialist
Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Banking & Finance or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Instructional Design or e-learning within a banking or financial services industries.
• Master’s degree or professional training certifications (an added advantage).
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe, Captivate, I Spring) is also (an added advantage).
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective online learning experiences for the bank staffs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, product knowledge, customer service excellence, digital transformation and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a solid understanding of banking operations and compliance requirements through digital platforms.

Position 2: Content Producer and Graphic Design Officer
Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related field plus a minimum of three – four (3–4) years of relevant experience in content creation, graphic design, or Digital media production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) (an added advantage).
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for developing, designing, and executing creative content across various digital and print platforms. This role involves a blend of writing, visual storytelling, and graphic design to effectively communicate the brand’s message and engage its audience. The Key responsibilities include developing multimedia content (text, images, video), designing promotional and informational materials, managing social media and web content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with strong visual communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
